APPEALS COURT UPHOLDS ‘IN GOD WE TRUST’ ON CURRENCY, REJECTS ATHEIST SUIT!

The Devil Wins Again! And the People Lose Again!

A U.S. federal appeals court Tuesday upheld the inscription of “In God We Trust” on the nation’s currency, ruling that America’s founding was full of examples of “official acknowledgments” of religion.

In rejecting a lawsuit by 27 atheists and two atheist organizations, the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the motto violates neither the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition of an establishment of religion nor the guarantee of free exercise of it. Judge Raymond Gruender, who wrote the court’s opinion, pointed to instances from the nation’s founding in which the Founding Fathers referenced God or religion.

[According to the judge, because of other people’s erroneous thinking, it’s okay for him.]

The court’s ruling was 3-0. Judge Raymond Gruender, Judge C. Arlen Beam, Judge Jane L. Kelly (As the saying goes, you can’t fix stupid)

So, the Religiously manipulated, erroneous understandings, of People over 200 years ago, dictates and dismisses our understanding of Religion, and the Evil therein (Doesn’t say much, for the theory of intelligence over time). The contemplation of this issue should have focused on the dismal track record of compassion and the lack of Intervention. Instead of what some people said and believed hundreds of years ago.

In fairness to the judges, the deck was stacked, to begin with. They’re probably burdened with entrenched religious beliefs. And they, like anybody reading this post, don’t understand the manipulative Evil that is behind religion, compelling it on. It could even be possible, that they’re in communication with this entity of hate, believing it their God.
